Refund Policy

All sales are final

Your invitation is a personalised digital service built from your own content and published immediately after payment. By paying, you agree that the service is fully provided at that moment and that the right of withdrawal from a distance contract therefore does not apply (Law of Georgia on the Protection of Consumer Rights, Article 14). We do not offer refunds for a change of mind.

An invitation expiring two months after the event date, as described in section 5 of our Terms of Service, is part of the service and is not a reason for a refund. Nor is choosing a type of invitation or a design you later want to change: both are fixed once the invitation is created, so please check them in the preview before you pay.

When we do refund

• If your invitation cannot be used because of a fault on our side that we cannot fix within a reasonable time, we refund you in full.
• Duplicate or mistaken charges are always refunded in full.

How to request a refund

Write to info.einvite@protonmail.com from the email address you sign in with, and include the link to your invitation and the date of payment. We reply within 2 business days.

How the money is returned

Refunds go back to the same card or payment method through Bank of Georgia. Depending on your bank, it can take up to 10 business days to appear on your account. Once refunded, the invitation is unpublished.

Spotted a mistake?

You don’t need a refund to change the date, venue or schedule — editing your invitation is free until it expires. A typo in the couple’s names or in the invitation’s title can be corrected yourself within 3 days of payment; after that, write to us and we will fix it.
