Terms of Service
Last updated: 8 October 2026
These terms govern your use of einvite.ge (“E-Invite”, “we”) and any purchase of an invitation. By creating an account or paying for an invitation, you agree to them.
1. The service
E-Invite lets you create a personalised online invitation — for a wedding, a baptism, a birthday, a corporate party or any other event — at its own link, share it with your guests, collect their RSVPs and see the responses in your dashboard. A wedding invitation’s link is made from the couple’s names (for example einvite.ge/ann-and-sam); any other invitation’s from its title. You choose the type of invitation and its design first, then fill in the invitation yourself in our editor, and you can keep editing it after it is published until it expires two months after the event date (see section 5) — except for the couple’s names or the invitation’s title, which are fixed 3 days after payment (see section 3).
2. Your account
You sign in with a Google account. You are responsible for keeping access to that account secure. One account may own several invitations, and you can invite collaborators to help manage them.
3. Prices and payment
- Each invitation is a one-time purchase. The designs on offer depend on the type of invitation; the price depends on the design and is shown in Georgian lari (GEL) on the design selection page and again before you pay.
- The price is final and includes all charges. There is no subscription and no recurring charge.
- Payment is made by card (Visa, Mastercard), Google Pay or Apple Pay on the secure payment page of Bank of Georgia (3-D Secure). E-Invite never sees or stores your card details.
- Your invitation is published as soon as the bank confirms the payment. The price covers the invitation until it expires, two months after the event date (see section 5).
- Each purchase covers one invitation for one event. The couple’s names on a wedding invitation, or the title of any other invitation, can be corrected for 3 days after payment; after that they are fixed, so a paid invitation cannot be turned into an invitation for different people or a different event. The type of invitation and its design cannot be changed once the invitation has been created. The date, venues, schedule, photo and greeting stay editable until the invitation expires. If a name or title still needs a correction after that, write to us.
4. Delivery
E-Invite is a digital service; nothing is shipped. Your published invitation and its link are available in your dashboard immediately after payment.
5. Invitation expiry
Every invitation expires two months after the event date shown at the top of it (for a wedding, the wedding date), at 00:00 Georgian time (GMT+4) on the same day of the month — for example, an invitation for an event on 20 June expires on 20 August. If that month has no such day, it expires on the month’s last day (an event on 31 December expires on 28 February, or 29 February in a leap year). The expiry date is shown before you pay and on your invitation’s card in your dashboard.
- From the moment it expires, the invitation and its RSVP responses are no longer available to anyone, including you, and guests can no longer reply. Note down any responses you need before then.
- An expired invitation can no longer be edited, renewed or extended. If you change the event date before the invitation expires, its expiry date moves with it.
- The event date can be at most 1 year in the future.
- An expired invitation stays listed in your dashboard, marked as expired, so you can delete it. We may permanently delete expired invitations together with their responses.
- You can delete an invitation yourself at any time from your dashboard, which also deletes all of its RSVPs.
6. Cancellation and refunds
Because your invitation is a personalised digital service delivered as soon as you pay, all sales are final. Refunds are made only for a technical fault on our side or a payment error, as described in our Refund Policy.
7. Your content
You are responsible for what you put in your invitation (names, titles, texts, photos) and must have the right to use it. If it includes another person’s name or photo — for example a child’s on a baptism or birthday invitation, or a company’s name or logo on a corporate one — you must be entitled to publish it, as the person’s parent or guardian, with their consent, or with the company’s authorisation. Your content remains yours; we store and display it only to provide the service. We may remove content that is unlawful or infringes the rights of others.
8. Acceptable use
The service is meant for invitations to events you host or organise, including on behalf of your family or your company. You may not use it for spam, fraud or any other unlawful purpose, re-use one paid invitation for a different event, or try to get around payment.
9. Availability and liability
We work to keep E-Invite available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the invitation concerned. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Each purchase is governed by the version in force at the time of that purchase.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. If a dispute arises, please write to us first and we will try to resolve it amicably; otherwise it will be settled by the courts of Georgia.
